Who we are

Chicken Road is an Android application published on Google Play. This policy explains our handling of personal information and should be read together with the store listing and Data safety section.

Data we may gather

Based on features you enable, processing may cover:

• Account or display information you supply.
• Usage events, navigation paths, and diagnostic reports.
• Device identifiers needed for integrity and delivery.
• Support messages or attachments you choose to send.
• Play billing records when you buy in-app items.

Processing purposes

• Run roadside-diner and roost-themed menu experiences.
• Remember favorites, filters, and layout preferences.
• Measure quality, patch defects, and block misuse.
• Issue alerts only when you grant notification permission.
• Meet regulatory and contractual requirements.

Sharing

We use contractors for infrastructure, analytics, helpdesk, and payments under written limits. We do not sell personal data. Acquisitions may transfer information to a successor entity.

Retention window

Records are kept for the period needed to support the purposes above, then deleted or aggregated when no longer required. Backup media may retain copies briefly for continuity.

Security

We apply safeguards scaled to risk, including access control and transport protection where available. No digital service is fully risk-free.

Your controls

Change settings inside the app when offered, turn off notifications in Android, or remove the app to clear local caches. Laws in some regions grant access, correction, deletion, or objection rights; use the Play listing contact to exercise them.

International handling

Data may be processed in facilities outside your country with appropriate transfer safeguards where mandated.

Children

The app is not targeted to users under the minimum age in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect data from children. Notify us to request deletion if you believe otherwise.

Changes

We may revise this policy and will update the date when changes apply. Material updates may appear in-app or on Google Play. Further use after publication means acceptance.
